contribution to make. Whilst we may disagree and have heated debates
from time to time we will only do so because we are passionate about
our ideas but still treat each other with the respect with which
we wish to receive. When decisions are made the team will support
them to 110% and do everything in their power to ‘make it work’.
In working hard we must enjoy what we do, if we do not then we will
stop what we are doing and reflect on where we are and where we
should be.

will preserve our core purpose in the pursuit of our goals because
it defines who we are and what we stand for but we can challenge
everything else we do and experiment with different ideas to develop
better solutions for our customers. In so doing we will always hold
the interests of our customers, associates and shareholder as immutable,
